DELIVERY & RETURNS
 

Delivery

All orders will be handled in our warehouse in St. Gallen, Switzerland. Please be advised that our delivery times are not guaranteed as unforeseen delays or longer handling times during high demand may occur. Certainly, we do our best to deliver orders within the projected delivery time.

 

Within Switzerland:

Parcels will be delivered by Swiss Post within 3-5 working days. A shipment fee of CHF 9.- will be charged per order. Priority delivery can be done upon request at an additional fee of CHF 2.-.Within the

 

Pick up: Currently, we don’t offer any option to pick up orders at our facility.

 

Returns

You can return orders to the following address within 14 days of delivery:

The return is at the own expense of the customer. We recommend to use Swiss Post for the return. Under certain circumstances (e.g. longer absence, illness, etc.), we may also accept returns after more than 14 days upon request. A free return will only be approved by NORY.CHIC upon request and under certain circumstances (such as discrepancies). For further details, please see our terms & conditions.
