Terms & Conditions NORY.CHIC

These terms & conditions of NORY.CHIC (later also referred to as “we” & “us”) apply to all purchases placed through the website www.norychic.ch. The customer is further referred to as “you”.

Validity of our terms & conditions

By confirming your purchase on our website www.norychic.ch, you automatically accept the terms & conditions of NORY.CHIC.

We do our best to reply to requests within less than 24 hours. For complaints regarding orders and payments, we recommend using our e-mail address.

Purchase

NORY.CHIC sells its products exclusively through www.norychic.ch. Therefore, we only take accountability for purchases made directly with us. Our fashion is promoted in marketing campaigns on our social media channels on Instagram and Tiktok, which are linked to our website.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Currently, we are still setting up the ordering tool on our website. Therefore, orders can be placed by sending us a DM through our social media profiles or by e-mail.

 

Pricing

Our products are offered according to the mentioned price in Swiss Franc (CHF) on (ENTER WEBSITE) after choosing the colour and the size and applying it to the shopping cart. Any divergent prices shown on external websites or platforms (e.g. Google Search, social media, etc.) that are not owned by NORY.CHIC can not be enforced. If the prices vary between colours and sizes of the same model, the price may be shown as “from XXX.- CHF” or similar, referring to the lowest priced variation. The prices shown in our social media content are basically aligned with our website. Please be advised that the price shown refers to the chosen product only and exclude additional fees such as:

 

  • delivery fees (will be added at checkout)

  • currency conversion rate (if the customer’s payment method uses other than CHF)

  • service charge (e.g. credit card fees, bank surcharge, etc.)

  • import tax (for international deliveries)

 

Price changes of our products may occur. We do our best to ensure transparency by communicating price changes or promotions in advance. The price applies to the conditions on the date of purchase. Also in the event of an exchange (e.g. size or colour), the price applies to conditions on the purchase date as it is regarded as a new purchase. Exceptions can be approved upon request if the exchange is related to a previous discrepancy.

 

Availability

As we sell at a small scale and want to operate sustainably, our products may be sold out quickly, depending on the popularity among our customers. Therefore, we can not guarantee the availability. To avoid deceptions, we do our best to keep the choice of items and their colours and sizes up to date according to availability. In the unlikely event that an ordered item is sold out, the amount will be refunded accordingly on the payment method used for the purchase.

Payment

NORY.CHIC offers secured payment methods, this means, the order will be paid at the time of confirming the purchase online through recognised payment platforms such as:

 

  • Twint (send us DM for the payment details)

  • VISA/Mastercard (under evaluation)

  • PayPal (under evaluation)

 

As stated in “pricing”, external surcharges may apply. Any kind of refund (e.g. returns, goodwill, etc.) will usually be done on the same payment method which has been used for the order according to the purchase amount charged by NORY.CHIC (excluding external surcharges). Shipment fees will only be refunded if an order has been returned completely. If required due to technical reasons, we may refund through an alternative method.

 

Cancellation of orders

Orders can be cancelled upon request to our customer service as long as the order has not been processed yet. As we do our best to deliver within the projected delivery time, the order may already be processed at the time of handling the cancellation request. However, we also try to treat cancellation requests as quickly as possible to avoid unnecessary shipments and returns. In such cases, where a cancellation is not possible anymore, the order can be returned at the customer’s expenses within 14 days.

 

Delivery

All orders will be handled in our warehouse in St. Gallen, Switzerland. Please be advised that our delivery times are not guaranteed as unforeseen delays or longer handling times during high demand may occur. Certainly, we do our best to deliver orders within the projected delivery time.

 

Within Switzerland: Parcels will be delivered by Swiss Post within 3-5 working days. A shipment fee of CHF 9.- will be charged per order. Priority delivery can be done upon request at an additional fee of CHF 2.-.

 

Within the European Union (under evaluation): Delivery time and fees can vary depending on the destination country. Please be advised that we currently evaluate the eligibility of your residence country for our deliveries as the legal situation may vary between the countries. So, we will continuously update our range of delivery areas.

 

Pick up: Currently, we don’t offer any option to pick up orders at our facility.

Returns

Returns of items ordered from our website can be done to the following address within 14 days of delivery:

The return is at the own expense of the customer. We recommend to use Swiss Post for the return. Under certain circumstances (e.g. longer absence, illness, etc.), we may also accept returns after more than 14 days upon request.

 

A free return will only be approved by NORY.CHIC upon request and under certain circumstances (such as discrepancies).

 

Delivery discrepancies

In the unlikely event of an incomplete delivery or reception of the wrong item, the customer is required to inform our customer care within 14 of receiving the parcel.

 

When being informed about an incomplete delivery, we compare the composition of the product weight with the weight declared in the parcel tracking. If the discrepancy is evident, the customer can choose between a delivery of the missing item or a refund.

 

If the ordered item doesn’t correspond to the offered product (apart from the slight differences stated in the disclaimer, see X.X) or contains any flaws or damage the customer has the right to return the item for free. Our customer service may reserve the right to request a picture as a proof beforehand  The customer can return the item for free (by free return label or refund of costs according to the receipt of Swiss Post). The customer can choose between a delivery of the missing (or a new) item or a refund.

 

Warranty

In accordance with the Swiss law, we offer a warranty of 24 months within the purchase date for quality issues which are beyond normal use of the product (e.g. material error).

 

If the quality issue or damage is due to non-proper handling - such as: not washing/drying according to the instructions, excessive or inappropriate use, etc. - the warranty is excluded.

 

Disclaimer regarding illustration vs. effective product

Our products are basically sold as pictured on our website and social media profiles, incl. marketing campaigns. However, the illustrations are slightly edited to present our colours in the best possible light.

 

Property of image material

All images and videos on our website and our social media profiles are property of NORY.CHIC and may not be used by third parties without our 

 

Data protection

By accepting our terms & conditions, you also accept that we register your data, such as name, address and contact for internal data analysis and marketing campaigns.

Legal notice

Our business is based on the norms of Swiss law. Therefore, the Swiss law applies to any issues not covered by our own terms & conditions.
